Dr. Grote provides his patients foremost with time; time to get to know his patients and listen to their concerns in a friendly, comfortable environment. New patients are scheduled for one hour, and follow up visits are 30 minutes. Dr. Grote also understands the value of his patients' time and rarely keeps people waiting.
